Southern Coast Exports (Pvt) Ltd company fulfils & maintain the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles, which is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material receiving, production, handling, packaging, distribution and consumption of the fresh seafood. The food safety management system in fully documented and consists of quality manual, procedure manual, HACCP manuals and forms and formats

The company’s current food safety management system has been
developed in accordance with BRC Global Standard for Food safety

Quality Assurance Department of Southern Coast Exports carefully monitor the each & every step in the production flow to maintain the safety, hygiene and quality of our products and staff.

Company use fully computerized data handling & Labeling system from the place of raw material receiving to dispatch of the final product. Therefore, we have maintained 100% forward & backward product traceability system.

In-house laboratory facilities are fully equipped with high quality laboratory equipments, tools & test kits to ensure the product safety & also the consumer safety. Time to time verified the accuracy of the laboratory data by SGS LANKA PVT LTD.

We are a Sri Lanka Ministry of Fisheries approved seafood exporter, having certified and conforming with European Laws.
